Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our partner warehouses and factories located in the US and China. Therefore, if you order more than one item, your items will be shipped separately as the different factories specialise in different areas of production.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It usually takes 4-8 working days for standard shipping and 3-6 working days for express shipping. Shipping times vary from product to product, depending on demand and shipping location.
How can I change my shipping address?
You can only change your address by 11pm on the same day you place your order. You can contact us via info.happyheavens@gmail.com to request such changes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation of the order is allowed until 23:00 on the same day. After that time, the cancellation will no longer be accepted. You can contact us via info.happyheavens@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
Q. How long does it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
Q. Where can I place an order from?
A. You can only place an order from the UK.
Q. In what currency will I be charged?
A. We process all orders in GBP, which is the only currency.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their order.

A. For the UK you will not have to pay customs fees.
